Default Leave of absence due to work related stress

Hi everybody. New to the place. Looks very informative. My query is, I live in Ontario Canada. I work for a call centre as a supervisor for approximately 35 telemarketers. What are the laws in relation to taking a leave of absence due to work related stress. What are my rights and how would I proceed. Any advice would be greatly appriciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Default Leave - Ontario

Ontario has several leaves that protect employees who need to take time off due to personal illness. You can read about them at the Ministry of Labour's website at:

I have a question regarding stress leave in Ontario. If I take stress leave from my full time job can I still work at my part time job (1 day a week)?

This is primarily a US based website. If the link in the post above yours does not help you, you'll need to contact an Ontario attorney or the Ontario Ministry of Labour for assistance.
