does Nebraska have any laws that you get one 30 min. break and two 15 min. breaks.

No state has required 15-minute breaks except for one, and that is only for a specific industry and was just recently passed.
Nebraska does not require rest periods at all. And the meal period requirement is only for certain industries. See page 3 here: http://www.dol.state.ne.us/legallaws...riod%20Law.pdf |
