Default i need some kind of help

my name is britnie and i live in colorado with my older brother b/c my mother and my father are in no position to take care of me.. i am 16 and i have a 10 month old son. my problem is that my brother is moving out of state and my sons father lives here so i cant leave.. i was wondering if there is a good posability that i could get amancipaited(or however its spelled) and if not what other options are out there for me..cuz it seems like i have tried everything i can get whatever kind of asistance i need for my son but not for my self because i am not 18.. and if amancipation is an option for me what do i need to do to get it done and what is the criteria to do so.
