Default Maternity Leave
How much Maternity Leave is an employer required to give by law. This is a small business (15 employees).

Nevada law does not require an employer to give any particular amount of time for maternity leave. It requires only that an employee on maternity leave receive the same amount of time that would be offered to a similarly situated employee with a non-maternity medical condition.
