Hello, I work for a company in colorado, its a work at home company. They hold are days pay from our paycheck if we enter our billable hours wrong that night. I would like to know if this is legal or illegal. Please and what we need to do about this. Thankyou

No, it is not legal. File a claim for unpaid wages with the state Dept. of Labor. You can be disciplined in nearly any fashion, up to and including termination, for failure to follow company procedures and process, except by affecting your pay for time you have already worked.
