Default Va laws for working mandatory weekends
My husband's company just informed them that after this weekend, they will be required to work BOTH saturday and sundays after working mon-fri until further notice. Is this legal working 7 days a wekk for consecutive weeks with NO days off??

Since VA repealed is one-day-off-in-seven law, yes, it is legal.

Just fyi, very few states have one-day-rest-in-seven laws. Virginia is not uncommon.
