Default OH rest / lunch breaks in an 8 hour shift

Is it true that in Ohio an employer is not required to give an employee any breaks at all in an 8 hour shift? This doesn't seem right.

It is right. There is no Ohio law requiring rest breaks or meal periods for adult employees.

Nor is Ohio the only state with no such laws. By a long shot.

Not only is there no state law, there is no federal law, contrary to what most people believe.
