Default TN Restraining Order Law

How can you get a restraining order lifted off you when there was no evidence proven that I was guilty as charged?

also, Is there a limted time I have to draw and execute a petition to get the order expedited?

I suggest you post this in a criminal law forum. There is one elsewhere on this site. This is beyond the scope of these forums here.
