Default virginia
I left my place of employment in 11/04. I have still not received my final paycheck. When I called my previous employer, regarding this. He stated that he didn't know where it was, and that I was too late to receive this now. I've been told that this is a labor law violation. How can I get my final paycheck?

By filing a complaint with the VA DOL.
