    Default Breaking lease in Texas...adress typo on lease.

    I was looking over my lease and noticed the adress is wrong on the lease. I signed the lease about 4 months before moving in, and the house I was supposed to live in wasn't built yet, so they put me into an older home. They did not make up a new lease for me to sign.

    I am looking for a legal excuse to move out and am thinking this might be my ticket out of here.

    You have waited long to protest on that kind of point, so you need to get a new strategy.
