I'm wondering I worked at a job not for a long time but I have not recieved my paycheck that I earned. I recieved my w2 to file the taxes for it but have not got the check. I have written these people to ask them to send my paycheck, but have not heard anything at all from them. should I try and write again? Should I go above thier heads, or call the labor board? It's my money and it has been a long tim since I have left there.

I'm not where I can look up the exact statute, but I believe off the top of my head that VA's law is that you receive it on the next regular payday. Yes, you would be justified in going to the DOL.
