I am working 20 years now for my company. Every year we get reviewed and pay raises. The past 4 years I have not received a pay raise. all younger employees have received raises. I am in my late 50s. Every year I am told I am not performing. Then I work and do what they expect. Then am told great job but you are now lacking here in this field. I believe it's because of my age. They know I am not going anywhere due to my age. Do I have any recourse?

If you honestly believe that the only reason you are not receiving pay raises is because of your age, your recourse is to contact the EEOC or your state human rights commission and discuss it with them.
