Angry need advise

I'm a Salesman in Colorado on the 14th. I was on my lunch and when I came back a enclosed trailer that was blocked correctly had blow into a differnt trailer. Tearing a hole in it the winds were 45 mph. All day. The owner told me to take the rest of the day off and come in at 10 am. for a meeting. today they called and said not to come in today can i be fired for this and is there any legal action I can take.
