Unhappy abused

ok... i'm 15 i live in NJ and i need to get out of my house. a few nights ago i was abused by my mother, who have given me a internal bleeding in my ear and a few bruises on my head. when this happened i ran away from home for 2 nights and came home the night after that after work and the first thing i hear is " stupid ***** " like what the hell? i was forced to come home and thats the first thing i hear? ok imagine how much that hurts first your mother abused the **** out of you than your siblings makes everything else a living hell. i honestly rather die than live in this house. i want to leave as soon as a possible. i have a friend whos 26 thats socially and financally for me to live with. she agreed that if anything happens and i need a guardian she'll do it. can i just do some paper work without my parents permission to move in with her?
