New Mexico Temp. Restraining Order

I have a question on drafting a restraining order. It's involving a "Civil Injunction."
-Both parties were business partners in the past.
-Both parties are out of state residents (Of New Mexico).
-One party remains a threat. Including a physical threat.
-I have an attorney.
I was told that I should hire a private processor to draft a restraining order. Bringing it to the Sheriff's office to be filed as a temp restraining order.

OR

Draft my own restraining order and take it to the Sheriff's office myself.

Can I do this?
How do I locate a draft to make my restraining order?
