Post Rehab nurse is lame at best

The rehab nurse assigned to me does nothing to assis my rehab. She continually forgets to notify me of appt's and changes appt's she has notified me about. The clincher she has notified the Dr.'s office that I can't schedule appt's without her prior authorization, and then remains unavailable to me. Is there a course of action that can be taken to assist her in her rehab of me? Specifically penalties? Can I complain to someone who will penalize her poor skills my atty seems uninterested in assisting me. it seems to me her goal is to have me out on disability instead of rehab'ed back to work. Help??? I called W/C NC they stated they can't talk to me due to my atty!

Contact the company that employs her. Also, contact your employer, who should be interested in getting you back to work as soon as possible.
