Default working in Jersey being paid a PA salary

I work for a company that has two sites one in New Jersey and one in Pennsylvania. I was just offered a permanent position (i was a temp) and they gave me a very low salary and told me that they are paying any new employees their PA rates. Is there a law against this because everything is a lot more expensive in Jersey.

No, your salary is whatever they offer and you accept.
