I worked in VA. I get a base salary plus sales commission. While training my replacement I took orders and processed sales - necessary for him to learn the job. I was just told by my employer that the person I was training will be receiving commission for those sales because my role was to train him. We did not agree to changes in y income structure when I agreed to train my replacement. Can they arbitrarily withold my commission and assign it to the guy I was training?

No. All the responders here read all the forums. Posting multiple times wastes your time and ours, and confuses things because answers get split and any additional information is not in all locations. I have already told you, in your third post, that I will delete any further duplicates.
I know you're new here and I'm not yelling at you, but posting multiple times is considered spamming. |
