Question Many Questions about Michigan laws

I just left my current job my manager is telling me many different things about my check. First she is telling me that she is going to hold my check for 30 days and that that is legal and then she is telling me that I have to pick up my check from the owner (Which I never had to do when i was working there) and when i asked her when would he be in she told me that she had no idea I would just have to try and be up there when ever he is. And tommorrow is pay day.

I am also wondering when I started there I worked for 2 days which they called training and I did not get paid. I have argued this with them many times that I thought that that was wrong. Is there anything I can do about both of these situations.

PLEASE AND THANK YOU
