Angry Not paid

I work in construction in Colorado. I turned my time card in late. The office clerk told me in this company when a time card is turned in late they hold it for one month as penalty. I get paid normally every Friday but in the past month I have turn in my time card once late and a second time I gave it to my supervisor and he forgot to turn it in on time and they are now holding two of my checks.

There are two things you should do:

1.) File a complaint for unpaid wages with the state DOL
2.) Start turning your timesheets in yourself and on time
