Unhappy Are you full-time

is it virgina state law that if you work full-time hours for six consecutive weeks that you are to be considered a fulltime employee where is it in writing

No, that is not the law in Virginia or any other state.

what is the law for a person working part-time status/ benefits and full time hours without the benefits of fulltime status are there no protection rights or laws to have employers in virginia adhere to policy

There are no laws in any state that guarantee you full time status at any particular time.
