Default Is This Ethical

i WORK IN MISSOURI FOR A SMALL HOME HEALTH AGENCY THE OWNER IS A RN AND OPENED THE BUSINESS ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO. I HAVE ONLY BEEN THERE FOR A LITTLE OVER A MONTH, BUT HAVE SEEN SOME QUESTIONABLE THINGS. 1ST SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE AND DEGRATING TO THE SUPERVISOR IN FRONT OF OTHERS, SHE HOLDS PAY CHECKS AND WILL NOT MAIL THEM OUT IF YOU QUIT ON HER WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, SHE FLIRTS TO GET MEN HIRED AND STRINGS THEM ALONG NEVER INTENDING TO PLACE THEM IN A HOME. (THIS MAN REALLY NEEDED THE INCOME) SHE FALSIFIES RECORDS. SHE TREATS CLIENTS LIKE CRAP IF THEY CROSS HER EVEN IF SHE IS WRONG, SHE HAS BEEN TELLING ME SHE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME A RAISE FOR A COUPLE WEEKS NOW AND TODAY THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME THAT WHEN SHE SENT IN PAYROLL SHE GAVE ME A DOLLAR RAISE BUT WHEN I CALLED IN SICK THAT DAY SHE IMMEDIATELY CALLED PAYROLL AND TOOK AWAY MY RAISE BECAUSE SHE WAS MAD I CALLED IN. IF ANYTHING IS SAID TO HER SHE CUTS YOUR HOURS AND PLAYS GAMES. SHE WRITES EMPLOYEES UP FOR PASSING GAS OR HAVING BAD BREATH.I DONT FIGURE SHE IS REALLY BREAKING ANY LAWS BUT CAN THIS BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR SOMETHING?

Please edit your post to regular capitalization. All caps is considered shouting on the internet and my eyes went buggy trying to read it. Thanks.
