Default sent home because of a cell #2

today i received a write up because of the situation on Thursday. now in that letter she states that she sent me home because of the answer i gave her when she asked me what was i doing out of my work area. which was simply I'm waiting for the elevator. now is sending me home because I'm waiting for the elevator wrong. i got 4 witnesses that saw what happened even the superintendent that was next to her. its not the first time me and this lady have gone at its been a couple of time that she has try to make me look bad in front of other coworkers but the only thing is that i don't stay shut because every time she has gone at me is with out cause. I feel like she is pushing to the edge were i lose it say something bad and loose my job being that they are in the proses of laying off 7 people. please advise

Unfortunately, nothing in your post suggests that she is violating any laws.
