Adverse Possession

I Purchased Property December 1991. Recently My Neighbors Decided To Erect A Wall/fence On The West Side Of My House Cutting Off 5 Ft Of My Drive Way. I Have Maintained This Area For The Past 15 Years. The County Assesor Told Me Even If They Have A Survey Done-
And The Property Is Infact Theirs- I Would Be Entitled To The Property Because Of Adverse Possesion. What Ae Your Thoughts?

My thought is that this board is for questions of employment and labor law. You will do better getting an answer if you post it in the proper area. I would suggest the Real Estate section.
