Default Timely pay and overtime

I get paid a salary of 200.00(paid weekly),The remainder of my wages are commisssion.Hours required to be at work are from 7:30 to 5:30 mon-fri and 7 to noon every other sat. This works out to average 54hrs per week.My commissions are paid sporadicly anywhere from the 9th of the following month to the 15th.So any sales made on the 1st week of the month are not recieved until the 9th-15th of the following month(approx 40 o 45 days later).
