Default NYS owed paychecks

Hello everyone,

ok so i finally quit my job at Belleayre. They hold our first 5 weeks of paychecks until we get put into the payroll for NYS. They said at the beginning at orientation that we would receive these after the season was over and we got laid off. Well obviously i didn't make it to the end of the season, haha. Should I get these paychecks sometime soon, and when?

thanks in advance,

Jim

They are already past the required frequency for paying you. As previously recommended, file a claim for unpaid wages with the state Dept. of Labor.
