Default employee restrooms

I'm the only female in our business. Does anyone know the laws in Tennessee regarding unisex restrooms? I HATE using the same restroom as these nasty men. Thanks

I don't blame you. But I don't believe any state requires an employer to have gender specific, as opposed to unisex, bathrooms.

Is it legal for a man to use a lady's restroom when it is posted on the door women's?

There is no law that prohibits it. However, the employer may prohibit it if they choose. Nor do I see any reason why they would not do so.

Oh, I don't know. I've been known to, um, switch sides in an emergency. Of course, I always recruited a lookout.

Well, as I said, it's not illegal.
