Question I'm not sure what this one falls under?

A few hours ago I found out that my employer has hired an ex-friend who has started stalking me. As friends we would do alot of things together but, he told all his friends and co-workers that we were dating. He even told me that he is in love with me. I tried to maintain a friendship with him when my ex-boyfriend wanted to work things out, this was before he told me he loves me. I found out that I'm expecting about 4 weeks ago and I told him so he wouldn't hear it from my co-workers. Which by the way, he comes in to my work all the time and now hangs out with all my co-workers. When I told him I was pregnant the first thing out of his mouth was, "I wish it was mine." A few days later he then had the guts to tell me to get an abortion and come back to him! Which there was never a him and me. A couple of days later I stressed this to my boss because she would socialize with him as well. I explained how this bothered me. This evening I had another discussion with my boss in regards to him and the other workers hanging out and causing problems at work. Mostly, about one worker who accuses me of stealing sales and being incompetent. My boss didn't tell me she hired him a few days ago and she knows the situation between us. I feel she has no respect for me and she has also accused me of stealing sales and being incompetent. So I'm not sure where this problem falls in the state of Colorado?
