I work for a Class I railroad and they do not have a sick time policy. When employees call in sick, the managment makes you talk to someone before you can be placed off sick. They also at times tell employees that they can be off sick, but must report back in 24hrs. My question is, can they refuse to let you off sick and can they make you report back in 24hrs???
