Default being asked to "step down" in Va do I get to keep my pay?
I work for a large bloodsucking corp. They decided to move me to another department and to an hourly job. Do I have rights as far as keeping my pay?

Not unless you have a bona fide contract that specifies that your pay cannot be changed.
