My dad was recently laid off by his company and prior to the lay off he was being harassed for his hearing because he wears a hearing aid. He is a disabled vet who was with this company for over 17years. He also claimed he was being forced to work in a hostile environment due to a manager who cursed and yelled to the point that he would turn red. I want to know if he has a case that he can pursue for discrimination/retalitation against an individual filing a charge/forced testing for his hearing.
Any information or direction you can provide me is greatly appreciated. ![]() |
