What are they saying and who are they saying it to?

TELLING FALSE STSTEMENTS TO BOTH PLACES IVE APPLIED FOR WORK AT ALONG WITH LOCAL NEIGHBORS ALSO THAT HE THIKNS IM ATTEMPTING TO STEAL BUT HAVE NO PROOF

Please turn off your caps lock. It is considered shouting on the internet and makes your post very hard to read.

If that is the employer's honest opinion, they do not have to withhold it, even if their opinion is wrong. If they say "Jim was fired because he stole from us", that's different from "Jim was fired because we suspected him of stealing." However, you are welcome to discuss the situation with a local attorney.
