Hi,
Do Companies have to pay, holiday pay to employees who work on holidays in PA State. |

No, they do not.
The only state where a private employer is required to pay an employee a premium for working on a holiday is Massachusetts, and even in Massachusetts, that law only applies to retail employees AND to six specific holidays, of which neither Thanksgiving nor Christmas is one. |
