My wife works for a retail establishment at the local mall, and as of this week they have changed the schedule 2 times. The second change happened today, Thursday December 23. They told her today that she would have to work Christmas Eve, which she was allowed off previously. I was wondering if there were any laws in NC about schedules and if they can change w/o notice.
Also, her check (which should be there every other Friday) will sometimes not arrive until the next week. Is there anything about that? |

No state requires prior notification of schedule changes.
Why do they say checks will be late? |
