Default Colorado State Law
I have heard that some employers are now pulling credit reports on potential candidates for jobs and people are being denied jobs because of their bad credit. Can employers do this?

Yes. It may or may not be fair. Depending on the job in question it may or may not be appropriate. But, subject to certain notifications, it is legal.
