Could you tell me if it is against the law in the state of Michigan, to tape record a coworker when he is blatantly showing insubordination behind the boss's back, he is also a member of management and is horrible at what he does. Is there any form of justice????
Thank you in advance for your response! |

Yes, in Michigan it is against the law to tape record a conversation unless you have the consent of ALL parties to the conversation.
