Default Unused vacation payouts

I'm looking for documentation stating that Ohio employers don't have to pay out unused vacation pay for either terminated employees or employees that did not use all their vacation time for the current year. Thanks

No one can point you to a statute that says what you DON'T have to do. In this case, no one can point you to a statute at all. Ohio law is silent on this subject.
