I have a discrimination suit against the company that I am employed with, which is a Massachusetts co.. This suit has been going on for a year and the retatliation has been blatent and persuasive. Recently I brought attention to an act of discrimination that was conducted. The company accused me of orchestrating this and asked me to come forward with investigative info. At the same time the sr partner let me know that there is a chance of discipline action against me.. even if my investigative information shows that I had nothing to do with the discrimination. Long and short of it.. I told them i would not appear without legal counsel. I was suspended without pay and benefits. I was not offered Cobra and did not realize that my benefits were terminated until two weeks after the date of suspension.
