Default overtime pay for over 8 hrs. a day

Can anyone tell me if a merchandiser in Nevada in entitled to overtime pay in Nevada if they work over 8 hrs. a day?

I believe California is the only state that has such a requirement. If you are non-exempt, you are only entitled to overtime pay if you've worked in excess of 40 hours in a 7-day work period.
