I am in Nevada. I missed my hearing for my appeal for unemployment compensation benefits. The reason why I missed is long and complicated. Is it possible to ask for a new hearing? The letter I received informing me of my hearing stated this would be the only opportunity I would have to appeal the decision, but I can't believe that this set in stone.

You can ask, in that no law prohibits you from asking. But your chances of prevailing are VERY slim.
