I am a W2 contractor in TX, working under a consulting firm.
Someone once told me that my employer (the firm) is required by law to disclose the rate at which they are billing my client. Is this indeed the case? If there is law backing this, can anyone point out document sources in case I require them? Thanks for the assistance. |
