Angry Wisconsin lunch and break laws

I was hoping that someone could help me. My usual work day consists of an eight hour day. My employer has told me that he is not required to give me a lunch break, but only a fifteen minute break for every four hours worked. Is this legal? I would appreciate any information. I've tried unsuccessfully to find out exactly what the law says about it. Thanks so much.

Wisconsin law only requires meal periods for employees 18 years of age or older and does not require rest breaks for any employees, regardless of age.

Since the breaks you are receiving are less than 20 minutes, under federal law, they must be paid breaks.
