i'm working at the front desk at a hotel like a night auditor from 11pm-7am.
my question is:should i be pay for holiday if i work july 3rd starting 11pm ending on july 4th at 7am. thank you very much |

I assume you mean, should you be paid a premium for working on July 4?
No, nothing in either Federal or California law requires any employee working on a holiday to receive premium pay. |
