Unhappy Need help

I work for a government agency. For the past 5 yrs I have been taking teasing and harassment from fellow co-workers. Never complained about it. Then I became friends with a new female co-worker. The teasing about our relationship(just friends) began soon after. I attempted to stop the teasing. She encouraged it. Supervisors on 2 separate occasions approached her and asked if I was harassing her. They believed that I was romanticly interested. She replied no. Went to main supervisor and asked if they felt I was harassing her, and if there seem to be some sort of problem,(they would not assign me to training new female employees) They replied no. Told them about the teasing and harassing I was taking. Nothing done. Applied for and switched to a different job in the dept. Did not pass probation on new job. Went back to original position after 4 weeks. Female co-worker filed harassment complaint(I was a supervisor for a few months). Found insufficient evidence. Still written up, and female filed harassment order. Transferred to different work area(75 miles away). Harassment order changed to allow working at former location. Supervisors in court room during harassment hearing, I believe that they had spoken to judge before hand. Female could not produce evidence, bunch of allegations. I want to know if I have a case against my employer, and under what?
