Default 15 dating a 23 year old

Hi i am a 15 year old female in virginia. i am dating a 23 year old and i think i might be pregnant.. i know he can get into a lot of trouble if they find out his age but im not going to tell them how old he is until i think it is the right time. do u know how much trouble he could get into if i am pregnant with his baby? how do i go about getting emancipated adn moving in with him also him and i getting married. i am having custody switched over to my gradnparents and is it going to up to them now if i can get emancipated or not and am able to get married? i am really in love with my boyfriend and we really want this baby. and we want it to live a happy life with both of us living together not living separately. i have been charged with a misdemeanor and i was locked up for 10 days. i haev been reported as a runaway, will that stop them in the court system from emancipating me? please help me thanks so much

These boards are for employment law. You should post your question further down under Family law.

However, the state of VA will not emancipate a 15 year old under any circumstances.
