i just want to know if i could sue my past employer for anything. i was fired , wich i dont mind . but the reason im mad is because the owner called me in the office and said someone else reported to him that i was on drugs. i told him this was untrue . i begged him to send me for a drug test or anything that would leagaly prove my innocense but he refused. he said he believes the employee that had told him this. now im out of a job that paid me pretty dam well just because of what another employee said

You may be able to sue the person that said this, if you know who it is, maybe. You would have to see an attorney about that. However, this is not actionable against your employer, as they had no legal obligation to test you; they obviously believed the person. It is not illegal for an employee to be fired because the employer holds such as opinion, whether it is correct or not.
