North Carolina I was resently terminated and had 66 hour of earned vacation time. The company stated that I can not get paid for them because I had not worked there one year. Can they keep something that I had already earned?

Wages include accrued vacation if the company policy states such. However, if the policy states that accrued vacation will not be paid under certain circumstances, such as employment of less than a year, or failure to give a certain period of notice, etc., the law will not require payment.
