Iowa: Can someone please tell me if a company can reduce your wages, after working at the place of employment for a year and a half? My son has been working for Sears that long and all of the sudden, they sent an "email" to say that he was supposed to get "X" amount an hour, not the wage that he has been getting for the last year and a half, so now they are reducing his wages. I have been all over the internet trying to find the answer and am having no luck...Thanks for any help you can give me.
