I am in Texas.
My supervisor was retaliating against me in response to various protected activities. After the retaliation started, I decided to tape record my conversations with her. I have since been further retaliated against and terminated. Is it okay, if I share these tapes with anyone? Last edited by me; 11-06-2005 at 06:51 AM. Reason: Clarification |

I would suggest that you get the advice of an attorney in your state before you do so.
