Default Lunch Breaks

Are the lunch breaks required for employees at assembly plants or mechanical establishments paid breaks?

Employers in assembling plants, mechanical establishments and workshops are required to provide a 30-minute lunch period. (The above types of businesses are exempt if they operate 24 hours per day.)

For all other businesses, such lunch periods are given solely at the discretion of the employer.

I can't find anything at NE's DOL website that indicates that the lunch break must be paid.
